  • Manage the entire recruitment & selection and off-boarding cycle, with a participatory role in conducting interviews and working out salary proposal
  • Review HR workflows and processes as and when required with a view to stream-line for greater efficiency and productivity
  • Handle employees enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties when assigned
  • Regular employee engagements from Division Head to Rank-and-File Employees
