• Create and update BIM models based on BIM guidelines and requirement provided
• Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow
• Assist in BIM Coordination and attend site meeting or conduct site verification whenever required
• • Converting 2D drawings to 3D BIM Architectural model 
  • Preparation of Detailed 3D Modeling of ASMEP Services. 
  • Design and Detailing for Structural Drawings. 
  • Detailed Construction / Working Drawings for Structures. 
  • Preparation of Accurate 3D Models for the Complete Structure (Steel, Wood and Concrete) from the Architectural and Structural Drawings. 
  • Preparation of Shop Drawings for Foundations, Footings, Beams, Slabs, Columns, Roofs, Stairs, Lintels, Shelf Angles, Frames, Bracings and Wall Partition Supports. 
  • Accurate Quantity Take-Off and Cost Estimates. 
  • Preparation of Shop Drawings for Arch, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage System, HVAC, Chilled Water and Fire Fighting Layouts. 
  • Preparation of Arch, Structural & MEP As Built Drawings
