Description:

• Develop, plan and supervise M&E works (Mechanical – HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary / Gas,  Fire Protection. Electrical  – Power & Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Extra Low Voltage System, Lift installation, Fire Alarm etc).
• Coordinate M&E works with all aspects of construction and liase with Client, building professionals, sub-contractors.
• Monitor project status, site progress and update project schedule.
• Expected to provide solutions for M&E technical issues.
• Maintain the record of the site event / activities and preparation of analysis report.

Salary: $ 2700 monthly
