• Develop WBS, work duration, work sequence, schedule logic, CPM Schedule, Resources allocation and create project timeline schedule.
• Prepare Project Master Schedule, subcontractor schedule, resources schedule and short-term detail schedule
• Monitor project status, site progress and update project schedule.
• Review the project schedule periodically to prepare progress report.
• Maintain the record of the site event and activities for analysis.
