Description:

• To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractor.
• Liaising with local authorities, clients representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
• Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
   Hands on experience as Project Engineer in civil construction
  * Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities
  * Good extensive exposure in Multi Storied Building,
  * Handling Client Bills, Vendor Bills, Coordination with drawings, Planning and Quantity Control and Monitoring the Execution work
  * Handling cost-of-materials, on-site project visits and documents
  * Inspecting project sites to monitor progress
  * Responsibility of reviewing and clarifying drawing and materials as per project requirement and specification.
  * Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
  * Handling the supervision of site as per project specification, quality and within the time frame.
  * Coordinating with the suppliers and dealers for the materials quality and delivery as per material submittals.
  * Familiar with managing work teams,
  * Remarkable ability to handle multi-discipline tasks

  * Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working.

  * Preparing Monthly Planning, Weekly Planning & Daily progress Report.
  * Preparing resource planning in Material, Manpower & Equipments requirement.
